The Youth Leadership Experience (Y.L.E.) is back with its second 3-Day Workshop, created to equip, inspire and empower young people to discover their leadership potential and make a positive difference in their schools, communities and everyday lives.
This workshop is designed for Grade 8–11 learners who are ready to grow, learn, connect with others and take their next step toward becoming confident young leaders.

Leadership isn’t only about having a position or being the person in charge. True leadership begins with learning how to lead yourself.
It is about developing confidence, communicating effectively, working with others, making responsible decisions and having the courage to make a positive impact.
The Y.L.E. workshop gives young people a space where they can learn practical leadership skills, participate in challenges, build friendships and discover strengths they may not have known they had.
