Event Overview
The Leadership Experience Workshop is a transformative three-day youth development event designed to equip, empower, and inspire young people to become leaders in their homes, schools, churches, and communities.
This workshop combines leadership development, personal growth, faith-based teaching, practical life skills, mentorship, community engagement, and interactive activities to help young people discover their purpose and build a positive future.
Our vision is to raise a generation of leaders who will bring hope, influence, and positive change to their communities.
Through powerful teaching sessions, practical workshops, team-building activities, worship experiences, and community projects, participants will be challenged to grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically.

Day 1: Discover Me
Identity, Leadership & Relationships
The first day focuses on helping participants discover who they are, understand their value, identify their strengths, and develop confidence in their God-given purpose.
Topics include:
Who Am I?
Self-worth and confidence
Values-based leadership
What makes a great leader?
Leadership influence and responsibility
Vision boards and goal setting
Team-building leadership challenges
Day 1 Outcome
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their identity, purpose, and leadership potential.
Day 2: Protect Me
Safety, Health & Resilience
The second day focuses on equipping young people with practical life skills that promote safety, healthy decision-making, and personal resilience.
Topics include:
Community safety awareness
Crime prevention and personal safety
Healthy lifestyle choices
Mental and emotional wellbeing
Substance abuse awareness
Gender-based violence awareness
First aid and emergency response
Crisis response simulations
Day 2 Outcome
Participants will develop practical skills to protect themselves and support others in times of need.
Day 3: Design My Future
Future Planning & Community Impact
The final day challenges participants to dream bigger, plan intentionally, and take action toward a successful future.

Discovering strengths and passions
Career planning
Education pathways
Entrepreneurship opportunities
Goal setting
Leadership legacy
Community impact projects
Day 3 Outcome
Participants will leave with a practical vision for their future and a commitment to making a positive impact in society.
